What is the cost of shipping?


Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipping costs do not include duties & taxes. Please reach out to with any questions.

How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?

Please note the following transit times are an approximation and do not include processing time. Most orders are typically processed within 24hrs. Please allow for an additional 48hrs during peak periods, such as collection launches and promotions.

AU Customers: We recommend using the Auspost calculator to determine your estimated transit time.

Australia Post

Express Post: 2-3 Business Days 

​Standard Post:  5+ Business Days (FREE IF YOU SPEND OVER $150)

New Zealand:

​Standard Post: 5+ Business Days

Express Post: 4 Business Days


​Standard Post: 10+ Business Days 

​Please note that some items have weight based shipping rates and will incur a higher postage cost. You will be notified at the checkout.

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive an email, please contact customer service. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to register.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally. This full list can be found at checkout. Please feel free to contact us to find out whether we ship to your country!

My order has not arrived what should I do?

We do our best to make sure all parcels arrive as quickly and safely as possible. We recommend contacting us via email before Australia Post, with your name and order number so we can help you receive your parcel as soon as possible!

Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my order?

All international deliveries may be subject to duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are unique to each region and they are the responsibility of the customer. In most cases, duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination. For more information on duties and taxes in your region, we recommend you visit your local customs website. 

Drippin Swim reserves the right to deduct any costs incurred from orders that are refused at customs, including a redirection fee. 

Packages may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please consider this when purchasing your order.

Any estimate provided for duties & taxes should be used as a guide only. Drippin Swim is not responsible for any additional fees incurred.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, as we endeavour to pack and post orders as soon as possible we are unable to change or cancel orders once placed. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and select the correct shipping before placing your order. 

Do you ship to PO boxes and hotels?

If your parcel is being delivered within Australia, you may enter a PO box as your address

For international customers we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Please note we are unable to deliver to hotels.
