Return Policy

We hope that you love all of your Drippin' Swim pieces however we do understand that sometimes things don't work out. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For change of mind, size change or design change, we offer store credit for any unworn swimwear and accessories, provided all of the following requirements are met:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, unaltered and with tags, hygiene liners in place and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include your order number.

Please note, sale items are not eligible for returns. This includes any order with a discount applied.

If any of the requirements are not met we have the right to refuse the return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer - original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide free return shipping nor reimburse for it.

We strongly advise that you use track and trace postal service for your return. We are not responsible nor liable for any return parcels that may be lost or damaged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request photographic evidence and/or some other details regarding the faulty or damaged item. We reserve the right to determine a genuine fault or damage to an item. If an item is deemed faulty we will cover all return costs and you will receive a full refund (original shipping fees inclusive). 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that final sale items cannot be returned.

Cancellation of orders
Please carefully check that your Order (including delivery address) is accurate before you submit it. We have a strict  no cancellation policy. No cancellations or changes will be accepted. This also applies to pre-orders.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Customers are able to return for store credit, please choose your items carefully as we are unable to offer refunds for items you wish to return at this current time. 

Final sale items

We do not offer returns on items marked as final sale.

How long does it take to process my return?

Upon receiving your return, we will send you an email to let you know that it has arrived. We aim to process your return within 5 business days. You will receive an email when we have processed your store credit.
